Common questions
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the Buddy+ screen (from Profile) and tap restore purchase, with the same Apple Account you used to buy it
How do I cancel Buddy+?
In Settings › your name › Subscriptions, on your iPhone or iPad
Buddy+ stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and deleting the app doesn't cancel billing
My tasks don't show up on my other device
Sync goes through your iCloud
Check that both devices use the same Apple Account with iCloud on for MyPlanBuddy, and give it a few minutes with the app open
Do I need to turn on the Health app?
No, it's optional and read only
Health data only shows an estimated energy, never decides your tasks and never goes to iCloud, and you can turn it off in Profile › read the Health app
Does "find a time" work on my device?
It works on all of them, on devices with Apple Intelligence the on-device AI reads the request, and on others the app uses simpler rules
Free includes five requests a month, and Buddy+ has no limit
How do I use my calendar?
Calendars are part of Buddy+, turn them on in Profile › use my Calendar
The app reads only when events start and end, to know how much time is left in each window
How do I delete my data?
We don't keep anything on our servers
Delete tasks in the app, and to remove the iCloud copy go to Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage › MyPlanBuddy, or delete the app to erase everything from the device
How does it work on Apple Watch?
Install the watch app from the Watch app on your iPhone, it shows what fits now, checks tasks off and follows the focus timer, and the complications sit on your watch face
